Create Total Posture on One Leg

3D View
To guide the body rise from the base through the upper part of the body when standing on one leg, we make two choices:
  1. Use the activity point on the supporting or the free side of the chest
  2. Use the activity point on the 8th or 3rd rib on the chosen side.
Using rib 8 activates the T5 Action Area and the top part of the chest, arms and hands react to its activity.
Activating rib 3 creates action in the top part of the chest, arms and hands and the T5 Action Area reacts to their activity.
This choice creates higher elasticity and fulfillment of the volume in the couple and into the space.

1) Activating the Chest on the Supporting Side

3D View
  1. Build-up the base as described in Activity Lines in the Base.
  2. To connect the chest to the base, activate T5 downwards into L5 and into the supporting ankle.
Then, Li Power flows up from T10 on the free side crossing T5 to continue on the supporting side.
  3. To fulfill the vertical body rise and the activity of the T5 Action Area, release C5 into T5 into L5 into the supporting ankle.
Then, Li power crosses C5 to reach the skull behind the ear on the free side.
  4. To merge shape and rotation of the T5 Action Area into one of the four diagonal directions, we have two options:
    a) activate the activity line from rib 8 of the supporting side into the supporting ankle and after that, activate it diagonally back through the chest under the shoulder blade to send Qi energy diagonally back into space.
The upper part of the chest, arms and hands react to this action.
    b) activate the activity line from rib 3 of the supporting side into the supporting ankle and after that, activate it diagonally through the chest and the shoulder joint, along the arm of the free side, through the hand to activate the hand to send Qi energy into the space from the middle finger.
  5. To shape and rotate the Atlas Action Area, release to activate the supporting side of the head down into the supporting ankle as well as diagonally back through the head.
  6. The free leg is the last reaction to the action of rib 8 or rib 3. To fulfill this reaction, activate the free foot to send Qi energy through the space into the floor.
For this choice, the Li Power crosses the spine three times in total.

2) Activating the Chest on the Free Side

  1. Build-up the base as described in Activity Lines in the Base.
  2. To connect the chest to the base, activate T5 downwards into L5 and into the supporting ankle.
Then, Li Power crosses at T10 and flows up on the supporting side, crossing again at T5 to continue up on the free side, creating a spiral activity up to C5.
  3. To fulfill the vertical body rise and the activity of the T5 Action Area, release C5 into T5 into L5 into the supporting ankle.
Then, Li power crosses C5 to reach the skull behind the ear on the supporting side.
  4. To merge shape and rotation of the T5 Action Area into one of the four diagonal directions, we have two options:
    a) activate the activity lines from rib 8 of the free side into the supporting ankle and after that, activate it diagonally back through the chest under the shoulder blade to send Qi energy diagonally back into space.
The upper part of the chest, arms and hands react to this action.
    b) activate the activity line from rib 3 of the free side into the supporting ankle and after that, activate it diagonally through the chest and the shoulder joint, along the arm of the supporting side, through the hand to activate the hand to send Qi energy into the space from the middle finger.
  5. To shape and rotate the Atlas Action Area, activate the free side of the head down into the supporting ankle as well as diagonally back through the head.
  6. The free leg is the last reaction to the action of rib 8 or rib 3. To fulfill this reaction, activate the free foot to send Qi energy through the space into the floor.
For this choice, the Li Power crosses the spine four times in total. This creates a higher possibility of elasticity and freedom in the joints to increase the volume of the inner space.
Note that the pelvis bones will be lower on the supporting side than on the free side, whereas the chest action area will be connected to the supporting ankle, but lower on the free side than on the supporting side.
Note also that the free side of the pelvis will be slightly diagonal forward in the room in relation to the ankle, whereas the supporting side of Chest Action Area is slightly diagonal backwards in the room in relation to the ankle.

Guiding Li Power through the Head

In all the above cases, the Li power is guided to pass:
  • through the two parts of the brain and out through the frontal fontanel
  • out through the “3rd eye” between the physical eyes
  • to the back of the skull and out on same the side as the Li power entered the skull
to become Qi energy when leaving the head.
